Recently had to pick up a new prescription for my husband, the cost was way more than expected. Thank you to the wonderful young lady Mia, who helped me. She went above and beyond to get a coupon and reduced the cost significantly! I appreciate her efforts and I hope that her boss knows what a valuable employee she is!
They said no problem with refilling a prescription early, they even said insurance approved my exception. However when I called back they had no recollection of that conversation, and I will not be able to get my prescription before I leave for a trip. I will not use this pharmacy again, and I’m about to find out what happens when I go off my meds, so thank you.
