They said no problem with refilling a prescription early, they even said insurance approved my exception. However when I called back they had no recollection of that conversation, and I will not be able to get my prescription before I leave for a trip. I will not use this pharmacy again, and I’m about to find out what happens when I go off my meds, so thank you.
Called about a refill and said I would pick it up today and they told me when I arrived (after driving 30 miles out of my way) they couldn’t fill it until Friday.
