I will revise this review when the pharmacists and assistants show better care. Sick customers should be met with compassion, not lies, disrespect, misleading information, or rude behavior. I’ve experienced this same problem with the same two individuals assisting me for several years now. Any role in healthcare requires a compassionate heart and a commitment to helping others. If you can’t provide that, you shouldn’t be in this position.
9/18/25 - Again, waiting in line to pick up one script, and again, NOT ENOUGH HELP in order to assist 2 lanes of customer traffic at tge drive-ups!! 7/17/25 - Arrived at the drive-up window at 7:50 pm to pick up one (1) prescription. There was one vehicle at the window being waited on, and one in the other lane waiting on assistance. Whomever was in the vehicle in front of me was in discussion with the pharmacy attendant.
