They always place the medicine before the date they are supposed to place back. They say is a 10 day from the the requested day however they always seem to place the medicine 5 days earlier. This month it has happened to me 3 times! Bad customer service.
I received the same medication at this pharmacy since July of last year. My insurance changed, I updated it per the instructions and yet the pharmacists acted as though I was a mosquito in their ear. They offered no help, and even hung up on me multiple times when I called. I ended up switching to Family Fare.
Once again good old myers pharmacy personnel likes to lie stating that, they'll check the price on the prescription drugs before billing you and when I questioned it, they said, now I have to ask for them to check lower price,about a year ago.I was told I didn't have to ask. So after paying double they wanted me to come inside from drive through so they could refund what they already paid for because they don't stick to their word, they don't verify Or look for the lowest costs.Like they advertised very sad.But I will ask ev... read more
I love how convenient the pharmacy drive thru is. BUT I do not like to be belittled and treated with haste when asking questions about my prescriptions. Between my children and myself, we have multiple prescriptions and some are controlled medications. The pharmacist named Sarah was so rude when i was asking questions regarding these controlled medications (like why was 1 of the 3 scripts sent in by my doctor not filled, why do i need to call you over every prescription for you to fill it).
