Used to be fine. Now its a struggle and wait times have become near unbearable.
This pharmacy is awful. The people are rude. When they make mistakes they don't own them. Instead, they make the customer deal with them. I've had them push through partial prescriptions because they didn't have enough stock available, just to be told that in order to get the remaining, I need to get a new prescription from my doctor. When I asked why no one counseled me about it, they were basically like, "yeah oops" but no offer to help fix it. This pharmacy is under new management and customer service has been awful. They offer delivery and the prescription sits in the pharmacy until you pick it up. When you ask them why it hasn't been delivered they try to insult your intelligence and say well we really don't deliver. After doing this to me three times, I have had enough and am going to a different pharmacy.
