I called to verify a prescription was ready, it was so I went to the store, at the counter- in person and even with 4 people they couldn't find it. I had to leave to get my kids, I came right back and waited behind one car for over 20 minutes in the drive through before even getting to my turn and whole line behind me. They'll be waiting til close at this point to be seen

Rude staff in the pharmacy area. Switching to another.
Horrible service and terrible communication. They never send authorizations needed for medications so your left days if not weeks without your meds because they just straight up refuse to do their job.
