The male pharmacist assistant was absolutely horrible towards me the other day. I asked him if he was having a bad day and he said no I'm actually having a really nice day but you keep giving me attitude. All I did was ask him why one of my meds wasn't ready and he would not answer me or give me any information about it and told me I had to go talk to the pharmacist, I did, the pharmacist then got it ready. Why work in customer service if you dislike talking to people?
Inspired to write because my boyfriend and I were just talking about how great Meijer has been. I switched from Walgreens probably over 20 years ago. I was in between jobs and having to pay for prescriptions out of pocket. Walgreens was so much more expensive than any other pharmacy. My boyfriend switched from Kroger about 3 years ago.
