I see others are clearly frustrated with tough situations but I've filled here 50+ times and I've never had an issue. Maybe a delay here or there, but this blows other chain pharmacies out of the water. I always send scripts here, and they are always ready fast. I've literally had a doctor send a script in while I'm there and they fill it in minutes. I've never had an issue with the techs, and the pharmacist is pleasant.
They take prescriptions, but they can't fill them so frustrating! Third time i've gone to pick up a prescription that they don't have the ingredients to fill. I even got a text saying it was ready for pickup. And then I get there, and of course it wasn't, and they told me to go and try Walmart. But then I have to go back to my doctor and get the prescription changed to Walmart...... What a hassle. Katie has the worst attitude as she is condescending and ill mannered. This pharmacy has dropped the ball so many times. I would give a negative rating if that was an option.
Website litterally hasen't worked since they changed it and they are blaming the insurance company for the past 3 months.
Unfortunately, pharmacist Katherine didn’t honor the GoodRx price on a prescription. When I asked out of curiosity why the large price discrepancy compared to the GoodRx coupon, she told me to “call GoodRx and ask them.” After paying the higher price, I did contact GoodRx while in the parking lot of Meijer. When their representative placed me on hold to contact Katherine, they said she refused to speak to them since I had already picked it up.
