Pharmacy techs are always nice. Never have meds in stock for anything! They are always “on the truck arriving tomorrow between 2 and 3”
Figured I'd leave a review to help cancel out all the people who only leave reviews when they have a negative experience. Meijer pharmacy has always been great for me.
If I can do lower than a 0 , I would.They never have the medications whatever it is,,,they give you 3 to 5 pills and come back in a few days to get the rest....my meds are ordered ahead of time a few days and I have come back three days in a row that they keep on telling me promising it will be there,,,,when I put up a complaint they told me let's check other patients bags if we can take it from them and we can then after order theirs apparently theyre playing musical bags with people's medications if they need too....the ph... read more
I haven't had a single problem with this pharmacy. Maybe it's because I work a demanding customer service position and deal with people who don't seem to understand that I service over 1000 customers that all have different needs on different days. I know that there are many patients that use this pharmacy and likely many in line before me when my scripts are sent through. This pharmacy gives my mom trouble almost every month that she needs her prescriptions. The pharmacists over-step their boundaries and constantly cause her to bother her doctor to affirm her same prescription regimen she’s been on for years causing her and her doctor unnecessary stress and problems.The pharmacist she most recently talked to was very rude telling her to “get a calendar”. I do not recommend them.
