Literally the worst customer service. They will tell you they don’t have the prescription then you call back and they do. But, then they don’t process it and it’s not ready when you pick it up. Every single month is a nightmare, not just one bad incident it’s a pattern.
Last week on Friday (5/23) I tried picking up a prescription for a controlled substance. They told me that I needed to return my previous prescription before they could release that one to me. That’s fine. But this employee said it over and over again and they asked me if I was going to come back with the old prescription multiple times in which I responded “yes” multiple times. Yeah so overall, it's a pretty good pharmacy I guess. But there automated system is absolutely junk. They will send you endless texts saying they need you to call them for which they will then not know why, then you will agree that sure, I'll just pick up my medicines tomorrow, which they then may send you a text around 9 am saying it's ready and then you may get there and be told to wait for a lil longer.... And then after that, with having 2 insurances, you may be asked to pay 42$. Lol do better Meijer your kind of a joke
Love the drive thru but they will say anything to get off the phone with you. I’ve had several instances when they told me my prescription would be ready the next day and wasn’t.
