I really appreciate everything about this pharmacy. There is one technician who has short hair and she is so pleasant and helpful each time I need my prescriptions filled…you can tell they really care about customer service here!
Meijer has an excellent pharmacy because the technicians are knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful. Prices are reasonable, especially with discounts, and prescriptions can often be prepared either on the same day or the following day. The hours are consistent.
The staff there were very rude. I had a medication to pick up and arrived at the drive-thru before closing time. The customer ahead of me finished at 5:59 PM, but when I reached the window, they closed it on me. I had already called ahead while I was on my way, so I left my car in the parking lot and ran inside. However, the employee with long hair was very rude and told me they were closed. I explained that I really needed the medication, but he showed no understanding or compassion and even spoke to me disrespectfully.
