Can I rate more than 5 stars? Best store EVER! – It is absolutely amazing! Really clean, great employees, and a great selection with good prices. I go there cause there is absolutely nothing to do in this town(for free) and just walk around and people watch.
False advertising. – Ordered Lincoln logs on 9/29/09. and cancelled on 10/4/09. Called the salesperson and they explained that it was discontinued but assured me that since it's posted again on their website it is available and I will receive the product if I order again. So, I ordered it again on 10/7/09 and it was cancelled again on 10/13/09. Spoke to salesperson again & they gave me the same answer. Not nearly enough employees – My husband and I have had nothing but horrible experiences here, and we refuse to give them business any longer. Aside from the greeters, the employees rarely speak or smile (they never say hello or thank you). The check out lines are always a 20 minute or more wait, and there will be 2 lanes out of 25 open. There are never employees in the areas where they're needed (no one to mix paint in housewares, for example), so you have to wait a LONG time to get any assistance in specialty areas of the ... read more
