We received excellent customer service The service was fast and efficient. All the employees were kind and professional

Terrible customer service. My baby was sick and the pediatrician called in a prescription. The woman who answered when I called to check the status was extremely rude and acted like I was lying about the prescription being called in. I called the pediatricians and they confirmed they did indeed call it in. So, I don’t know if the staff here are just incompetent or don’t care. I will not be getting medications here ever again though. When your baby is sick it’s serious and you need the medication immediately. What a bunch of ... read more
