Tripti the optical manager is so kind, patient and helpful. From assisting you choose a frame that you like to helping you fix issues with your glasses once made, she would always go out of her way to help make the best fit. So grateful for her service.
Great experience. Staff was friendly and the optometrist was professional. I had a tough prescription to get right and he took the time to make sure I had the best results. The frame selection was good and I got a free pair of single vision lenses and frames with my purchase.
We are from out of state and broke eyeglasses. I went from motel to meijer in Whitestown. I met Melissa in the optical dept. She was unbelievable! Kind and knowledgeable! She is.our hero! You are very fortunate to have her! Thanks Melissa
Avoid this place. Went today to get an eye exam. They never reviewed my insurance information. Never informed me of any co pay, prior to eye exam. As soon as eye exam was done. The Doctor. John Hook. Informs me of a $10 copay. I inform him I dont have it, he got mad and asked when I would have it, I informed him next wednesday. So he says well, when you pay me the $10, you can have your prescription. I'm on a fixed income as I'm legally disabled. So now I have to go elsewhere to get another eye exam. I thought this would be a convenient place to get my prescription updated, but it was a series of ridiculous failures. They said they'd call me when my lenses came in stock but they never did. There is no website or other way to order by mail. So I ordered contacts online from Target. But Meijer would not provide my prescription to Target. I called and asked them to do so.
