I went to Meijer Optical in 2024 for new glasses. The technicians where very friendly and I bought a pair of glasses and also a pair of sunglasses. The lens showed a small crack within a few months and the technician replaced it with in a few weeks. Approximately a month later it showed more cracks. That lense was replaced. The 3rd time I showed them another I was told that they have had issues with their vendor and no offer of repair was made. I will not be returning

This place is amazing! I have been going here for three years now and enjoy it. They have been professional and friendly. I have recommended this place to many others. Prices are good, quality of the product is great and they accepted my insurance without any issues at all.
