I went to Meijer Optical in 2024 for new glasses. The technicians where very friendly and I bought a pair of glasses and also a pair of sunglasses. The lens showed a small crack within a few months and the technician replaced it with in a few weeks. Approximately a month later it showed more cracks. That lense was replaced. The 3rd time I showed them another I was told that they have had issues with their vendor and no offer of repair was made. I will not be returning

This place is amazing! I have been going here for three years now and enjoy it. They have been professional and friendly. I have recommended this place to many others. Prices are good, quality of the product is great and they accepted my insurance without any issues at all.
I have purchased three pair of glasses at the Meijer Optical in Lowell during the past three years and every time I had friendly, knowledgeable staff assisting me. My recent purchase involved a couple of issues with my new glasses. Taylor very kindly went out of her way to make sure my new glasses worked out well for me. Her customer service was extraordinary! I highly recommend the Lowell Meijer Optical for glasses. The staff is great and the prices are the better than I found at a number of other optical stores.
