Almost 4 weeks and I am still waiting for my son’s glasses. Do not waste your time here. 2 stars only because the employees are very nice and as helpful as best they can. But do NOT order your glasses from here, you’ll be waiting for weeks if not months.
My husband and I both get our glasses here and had appointments again last week. I'm so happy Dr. Dawn Bohnert, the Optometrist, is back at the Warsaw Meijer on Thursdays. She is so thorough and pleasant, and you can ask her questions, and she is very kind in answering them. She provides you with important information and alleviates any anxiety, making every penny spent on her services worth it. Loretta is excellent. I just had the easiest optical experience at the Warsaw Meijer Optical. Office staff super friendly and doctor was very efficient and kind.
Ordered glasses and they were the wrong lenses tryed taking them back with no luck they won’t fix them trash! Do not go here go to Walmart this place is a joke !!!!!
Horrible customer service. Wouldn’t let me schedule an appointment while standing at the counter, wouldn’t answer questions about glasses and contacts. Manager and doctor were standing right there and wouldn’t help.
