Tried to call and make an appointment. Was told someone would call me back in 15 mins to make an appointment. Called back an hour and a half later since no one ever called back. Again the lady refused to schedule an appointment for me and told me I had to call back the next day. Super unprofessional.
Great experience. Lilly and the doctor were both very kind.
Lilly was a great office manager, she made scheduling for my entire family easy and painless. She helped me picked great frames and navigate our insurance easier. She wasn’t annoyed at having my kiddos there and made them feel very welcomed. She also adjusted my daughter’s glasses that weren’t even from this practice. It was a great experience. Dr. Larson was great, explained everything well and made my kids feel comfortable.

Meijer optical in three rivers is awesome. Lily the office manager is very helpful and friendly the Dr. Hayden Larson explains everything so you understand it. Also have really good deals on eyeglasses
