I had my eye exam about 3 months ago, it seemed to take several weeks to get my glasses which I still can not see clearly, I also got a pair of sunglasses which were not right after I waited a additional week or so for. Not even worthy of one star! I have had a horrible experience with this optical place! My glasses took way longer than was promised. Even when they did come perception off and wrong. No qualified techs to staff this location. Have been to the location twice for help only to have them closed for lunch even with me calling ahead that I was coming. Very dissappointed!
GOOD STAFF, GREAT DOCTOR AND A WIDE SELECTION OF FRAMES TO CHOOSE FROM. CAUGHT THE LAST DAY OF A SALE BY CHANCE AND GOT AN AWESOME DEAL. THEY WILL BE GETTING RAY BAN SUN GLASSES SOON.
Great customer service. Very friendly. However, would like to see them have a bigger selection of glasses.
They do not back up there product even when you pay $190.00 for them. When you ask if they can repair or replace the glasses; they just look at you and tell you that they can sell you another pair. Really - are you kidding me?
