Best eye doctor I’ve ever visited. Takes time with you. Answers all of your questions, in a way you can understand. Positive, informative, reassuring, extremely knowledgeable, listened to everything I had to say. I had a late appointment, and he didn’t rush at all. Makes sure you’re comfortable. Excellent job!

Beyond disappointed and displeased. The eye doctor rushed through the exam and didn’t let me answer any questions. When I tried to bring up a concern he made assumptions about me and the car I drive and just dismissed the concern with no explanation. The front desk lady takes an ungodly amount of time to do anything and they kept my lens prescription???? I didnt have a chance to go yet because who ever closed the store today.( Saturday 4-8-23) freaked out on me. When she told me that the doctor is only there on Wednesdays I laughed and said, well that's weird. Immediately she yelled " Maybe you should just go to Lens Crafters" and hung up on me! WTH??? She needs anger management and a course in professionalism. I'm going on Monday to speak to her manager because that's just not acceptable. Crazy is the word that comes to mind.
My Mom and I both went to see the Dr at the Fort Gratiot Michigan everyone was amazing definitely worth every penny thank you
