I have been working with Gerald at this location and can honestly say I have never had any problems whatsoever. Gerald is the best and I can’t recommend him highly enough!
I have previously spent $ thousands of dollars with our family of 5 here over the years. Had ordered a set of prescription sunglasses by Timberland and had a issue with them back in October of 2020. They did give me a entire new pair and fixed problem. So 4 months go by and the brand new pair are doing exact same thing, the rubber pieces on nose and ear are falling off and tearing. Since under new ownership was TOLD they will not cover and to just purchase a new $360 pair of sunglasses after a new eye exam of course...

My father who is an elderly man had an appointment and he was treated disrespectfully because he couldn't remember when and what surgery he had. I believe Wal-Mart has better costumer service. After this, will make sure he never is treated there again!
Closing early with only 10 mins left of the shift, Gerald the Lead Manager took care of me! He worked to get 3 pairs at a steal! I will be recommending him to a lot of my friends and family. Thanks for your great service!
