ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!! I waited 11 weeks and still no glasses till I file a dispute with my card company because I felt like I was never gonna get my glasses after so long so they decided to send it to a meijer optical in Chicago. I was left a voicemail by meijer optical in Chicago saying they have my glasses and so I called them up to as why was it send over there why do I have to drive over there to get it. 11 weeks goes by and still no glasses! This will be the last time I get glasses from here! It used to be 2 weeks minimum! Wonder how long till I get my glasses! I can't even see! We people got bills you know! Since I don't have my glasses I can't drive! I have to keep calling Uber or lyft for rides and lose alot of money going to work everyday and home. It ain't cheap! I get my glassses here every year.. or used to. As of today , i have been waiting 7 weeks and 1 day for them to come in. Called the lab they said another 2 weeks ! Last week they said 1 week ! NEVER and I mean NEVER again here. It will be time for a new eyeglass script before my glasses even come in ! very UNSATISFIED customer. will be well over 2 months before they come in... Hopefully come in , grrrrrrrrrrrrr
To much to mention from rude staff to plenty displays completely empty and unorganized
Worst experience ever. I had an eye exam on 07/02/2025 ordered my gasses that day, was told it would be around 14 days from the purchase date,I figured few days more because of the holiday,called to check my status on 7/22 was told still being processed at the lab,I call to check on the status of them again on 7/ 30 was told that the frames were never sent to the lab never once did anyone from the the meijer store or the optical department attempt to follow up .WTH!!!!! Will have to try elsewhere.smfh
