They have the best staff.. Wendy was the wonderful woman who helped me and my grandson... came form another eye place where the staff acted as if I was a bother .. so here it was just a breath a fresh air and they were super helpful... my whole family comes here now.
The optical team in the Waterford Meijer are the best, they're always so friendly and they go above and beyond!
Amber is amazing! She was so nice and so friendly when i was getting my test and picking out glasses. It felt like i was shopping with a friend! She broke everything down with the glasses really nicely and made sure i understood everything that i was getting. I spent more time there that i was anticipating but that was mostly because i was having a nice time for once. I usually dread the eye doctor. I will definitely be coming back again when i need a check up.
was just in with my fiance, Amber was fun and super helpful!
