I had a very good experience with Mary today. I had a broken glasses frame. The place I'd been using for nearly ten years could do nothing for me in less than ten days, and I cannot do anything without my glasses. I went to Meijer Optical. Mary very carefully looked for a frame that my lenses would fit in. She found one, popped my lenses out of my broken frame, popped them into the new frame, and sold me sunglasses that go over the regular glasses. She spoke to the insurance company on my behalf, too. Go somewhere else. Meijer Optical buy the glasses from Zenni and charges you 4 times the price! And when you can't see out of them, too bad!!! They don't stand behind the products. No returns for any reason
Mary is amazing. She takes her job seriously and treats people how we all need to be treat! Highly recommended this location!
