Nice eye doctor. Got a good exam. Good selection of glasses. They take my insurance.
Felt like she rushed me out. Didn't feel too welcome there. Speaking all fast and what not "HAVEAGOODDAY!" all passive aggressive and impatient-like.
Dalia customer service was awesome. Her knowledge about product and personal insurance plan helped the process go smoother. Walk-in is accepted because that’s what I done and was explained when I called the day before.
Go anywhere else. Staff is awful. Lazy, unreliable and the one younger woman is very rude. Still haven’t gotten glasses and can’t get anyone to do what they say they will do.
Terrible place. Never open. Been over 1.5 months and still don't have my glasses. I spoke with new manager Batina, she said give her another chance. I did. She never followed up or produced my glasses correctly. Finally had to go to a real eye doctor.
