I have to say after trying many optical centers that this location and team is second to none! Peggy ,Maritza and Dr. Kamide are an amazing team ! Not only extremely professional and personable but my contact order came in very quickly and right on time!!! If I could give more than 5 Stars I would!!
1st Peggy is AWESOME......very knowledgeable and helpful after that the process goes downhill fast. - It's 2025, it should not take more than a week to get glasses, instead it is going on a month -It's 2025, Meijer should provide you a tracking and status number I walked out of there with a little order slip that had info about frames, receipt, but no info about my prescription............... Highly recommend you do not go here
By far the worst service so far I ordered two pairs of prescription glasses nearly a month ago. The store has no practice of informing customers the status of the order. I called two times only to be told ‘not here yet’. I am hoping when I do get them, I wouldn’t have to ask for adjustments - that may take another month at least. Bad service - I would never use them again.
Awesome customer service! Peggy is super knowledgeable and provides fantastic customer service. The Dr is amazing. Highly recommend!
