Hands down the worst business ever. They only have a doctor 2 days a week cause they make their own hours. and the two days are Tues and Thursday. They don't take vision insurance. Just close down. Meijer is trash.

Joe the afternoon manager ... Very good knows his job ( customer service). I'll give him 10 stars. Guy deserves a promotion.

I had to return my glasse 3 times because I ordered progressive, and got worst than bifocal glasses. I had the feelings that they had no idea how to measure,and how to fix the problem. I paid over $500.00 for the glasses that worth maybe $100.00. I was told by the lady,that I could just keep pushing up,or pulling down my glasses to focus. My vision has changed,but my old glasses are way better than the "new" one. I will never return for new glasses. If anyone want to save money and aggravation,then don't go there.

I got new glasses about 3years and 3months ago, this was 3months after my son's birth. I went back last year because my glasses were falling apart for some reason. I asked the lady at the desk for help and and before I could mention how long I had had the classes she had snapped at me that they only do repairs for 3 years after you get the glasses. It had only been 2 years if even and the lady didn't evenn ask
