Takes to long to get my glasses over six weeks
don’t call me back and tell me that you close at seven and then be short and weird with me when i show up at 6:02pm and tell me everything’s locked up because it’s actually six on mondays. no apologies or friendliness, just very cliquey and not willing to understand at all. total communication error that i would understand if it was corrected or if i was treated with any kindness.
Khayla Guild and her workers over at Meijer Optical on Lima Road are outstanding! Great communication between the employees and patients. Got new frames here. Very friendly!
