Khayla was very helpful in helping me select frames and letting me know my lens options.
My husband is very upset with lounge optical. They never called him when his lenses were ready. He had to call and he says that the prices are WAY TOO HIGH . He's says he'll not going back...
Horrible service. The dr got upset I kept getting the letter wrong and told me the correct letter even though I couldnt see it. They tried to do anything they could to not have me order contacts through them even though I was ok with an 8 to 10 week wait for them to come in. The front girl was upset I said thats fine I want them to order the contacts.
The care I was given from the staff here is nothing short of amazing. Micah did great with helping me choose a frame and keeping me updated about the shipping time for my glasses. They may be the best optical worker I've seen. They should be the next CEO!
