SCAM!!!!! Loretta told me a year supply of contacts was $80 then when I picked them up I only received 6 months worth. I went back and complained and the lady working said she would have Loretta call me back. I never received a phone call...So I called and now she says she only ordered me 6 months worth without telling me and will not correct my issues. She is a liar and will not fix the issue she created so corporate will be informed about her scam so that she is fired for her inappropriate customer service! DO NOT GO HERE!... read more

The staff was great the doctor awesome, the prices high
Through no fault of the technician at the Meijer site, my glasses came in after 3 weeks of waiting scratched from the lab. Technician sent them back and it's been 2 weeks. Not impressed. If glasses aren't in in the next 3-4 days, I will ask for a refund.
