I guess it depends on the case. It only took me an hour to check in and unload. After you enter and scan the information at the kiosk, a phone call will come. Once you have been assigned a dock and the unload is complete, you will receive a signed bol via text message within an hour or two. No need to disconnect the trailer. Although I didn't have many contacts, people were very friendly.
Awful place to deliver, NEVER send your trucks there, took 6 hours to unload 7 000 lb. Only stress, failed pick up appointment and messed up the whole schedule. 0 stars
