Haven’t had problems at this location. Staff is nice. However please update location times. I drove all the way out there to find out they are closed Tuesday and Thursday due to staffing issues. I thought it said just November on the door, but obviously not the case.
I have been a customer at the 10 mile location for over 15 years but I will never return there because of the new manager was so rude, disrespectful, condescending and made it very clear that my type of business was not wanted or needed there that I was crying when I left there. But she did make "her point" very clear. I had other customers come up to me when I left that they were appalled at my treatment. 9 times out of 10 had a very positive experience, with all the employees there.
Worst bank for business, and you can't even call in after hours to block a credit card, or in my case find out why my business account that is well funded with 10x what I am trying to charge, is getting denied. I have used MCU since 2017, hoping their business side would get better, and it has only gotten worse. People are friendly, but in a bank, I would rather have one that works and understands business is 24/7.
