I got charged fees for not having a certain amount in my Savings account. I got charged fees when my account was considered "dormant" - this Credit Union is awful! I asked for an explanation on where my money went, and they ghosted me. No reply! Very unprofessional.
Meijer Credit union is the best. I had some strange activity on one of my accounts. They responded so fast. I got a text alert and a email. Then when I talked to a very nice young lady named Shelby she helped me so much. They are a great team at the Credit Union. Always get the job done fast.❤️❤️❤️
