I spent over 45 minutes today just trying to activate a Visa debit card MACU sent me months ago. When I called the activation number, the system rejected my birthdate. I contacted MACU’s customer service and spoke with Shelby, who explained that when MACU integrated with Visa, they intentionally sent Visa my wife's birthdate and Social Security number—not mine—because that’s how my profile was originally set up when I was added as a co-owner to her account. This financial institution is behind the times. Have had tons of issues with my monthly ACH deposits and recently with new Visa cards issued always declining. When I have called I always get a long drawn out excuse for everything.
I would strongly suggest staying away! Extremely horrible
