RecommendedAfter two trips to the ER for debilitating back pain in April. I was scheduled for back surgery in SLC on June 1, 2020. I was desperate, I attended a Back Pain Workshop sponsored by M&M. I signed up for an evaluation. I started therapy the following day. On the 15th of May I was feeling so good, I CANCELLED my scheduled back surgery. I am pain free and back to loving life thanks to the am& M Physical Therapy Team at the Tooele Main Street Office.
had difficulty lifting, pushing and pulling primarily with the trapezial muscle of my right shoulder. after 2nd week, (4th visit) pain was mostly gone during activities and strength has continued to improve using exercises meier and marsh thereapy taught me! big thank you!

I had a wonderful experience here! I've always had neck tension, and Julia (it's hard for me to call her Dr. Libby since I've known her since Jr. High!) did such an awesome job with different stretches and exercises each appointment. They also provided such helpful and relaxing massages. My neck and upper back feel so much more relaxed now. I enjoy doing those simple stretches every day. Everyone in the office is a joy to work with. Thank you for all your help!!
I saw 6 doctors, including a neurologist, who could not figure out why I was having migraines. One appointment with Dr. Meier and he discovered scar tissue wrapped around the carotid artery.
