MEI has always been professional and honest with their work. Anytime we have our elevator serviced by them they are always thorough and efficient.
A while back when the power went out do to storm damage, my in home elevator was effected which helps me transport my special needs daughter from floor to floor. I contacted MEI and they sent a technician out to assess to problem, he was very professional and located the issue and gave me options to fix the problem. I can not thank him enough for his advice and solutions to fix the issue. I know recommend MEI to any and everyone that I know, loved this company's professionalism. I would give them a 10 star review if I could.
