The who crew at MEI was great, after not having a working elevator at WBHSM for quite a while we appreciated their help. Being a historical society it was enjoyable to have the crew ask a few history questions, share some stories while also doing great work! 5/5 would recommend!
Called was put on hold for 15m and no one ever came to the phone. I was asked if I had an account and after that no answer
Derek, Dan, Kyle and the entire crew at MEI are top notch. MEI has done one mod for us and has been servicing our equipment for around two years now and I am beyond satisfied with the level of service and competency they have displayed.
The service our building receives is nothing short of excellent. This company does it right! So many issues are avoided down the line by hands-on, detailed work. Worth every penny. Steve is the best and we are fortunate to have him and this company!
MEI has the best all inclusive service pricing of any other services in our area. They show up as expected every month for service visits, and are quick to respond for unscheduled service emergencies.
