In all honesty, the MEI team took over my facility and have BLOWN THE DOORS OFF IT!!!! I can't tell you how nice it is to have a service company OVER deliver what they promised! I've called twice for service and i had someone in my building in less than 2 hours and fixed an hour after that. No mystery charges on billing, no games.
