I worked with Mark and MEI over the past 4 years and have bought 100s of custom cases from them. Can't say enough good stuff about MEI and Mark as they have ways been wonderful to work with.
Been working with these guys to do thousands of cases with foam. The best out of 4 companies we have worked with over the past three years. The do custom cases too. Mark is quick, friendly, professional and an overall great guy!
Terrible customer service from this company! I ordered an item and 6 days went by without communication. No calls, no emails. So I called them and was told the "servers have been down over the weekend". The person taking the call was apathetic and explained that they were just now entering orders and blamed it all on the servers. He could not offer any shipping date or information. He could care less. Don't buy anything from them unless you want to wait weeks for shipping...
