I came here for lunch as I was very hungry . Waitress was hard to be acknowledged as I wanted her attention . She was very aggressive and rude . I ordered a lunch special Chicken shawzwaan all they gave me crispy chicken won sauce with no vegetables. I politely asked them that I don’t eat crispy chicken but else where I eat it is grilled chicken with vegetables but here it was just the crispy chicken in sauce . All of the fried, then sauced meats are soggy. The other Chinese food restaurants in this city are better
I dined at Mei Mei Restaurant and clearly ordered my food for here, but it was packed to go. When I politely corrected the staff, I was told they couldn’t fix it and was handed plates to transfer the food myself. The service was disappointing and unprofessional. I expected better attention and customer care. If I wanted to do it myself I would’ve done at home, such a bad customer service. Never coming back again!
