HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called Meiling Woo State Farms phone number at the request of my property manager and asked to speak to her. The receptionist declined my request and told me they could only communicate via email. I told the receptionist that I had a few questions (since I am fairly new when it comes to a landlord policy) and I asked her when Meiling Woo would return to office and the receptionist basically lied stating "I don't know when she will be back".
