very good ambience and very good people except ( KC), she has been harsh and rude, she utilizes time to greet guests and never gives that time back to the customer massage. seems new to this store but i would not recommend her ever as she is too rude and harsh and if asked why she is using customer massage time she walks out as if she hasn't heard anything. she too expects good tips, which i felt was not necessary as she had a strong attitude issues, i went Once to get a massage and this persons attitude has struck me, as i ... read more

I am extremely happy to have made multiple appts at this place, I had severe shoulder pain, and tried applying creams, hot water bags etc and couldn't relax and at night used to have pain while sleeping, so took meds to sleep , I asked the owner and she asked me to come in and with multiple sessions my neck pain has subsided , now I am able to sleep with no pain and no meds, I would recommend this massage parkour as it's reasonable and very understanding team , have seen then take good care, also yoyo is very good with thig... read more

Excellent the owner Lisa is very good , well mannered , down to earth and very caring , she takes care of customers and is very professional , she has a good team too , very efficient and caring team , highly respectful core work ethics , i would keep going back even if I have to drive 40 miles , worth the drive

I have a good experience but the massagist seen are always on the phone messaging or communicating while the massage is on going and therwby the massagist slows down the process , they donot feel that the its inprofessional to use cellphone during massage time for a customer, i feel the owner should use stricter discipline to keep their phones away during massage engagement, i felt they say 1hr or 30 min massage but due to phone they do only for 45-50 mins , 10 mins goes in welcoming other customers , and phone tagging

I never found what I was looking for when I went for a massage anywhere in Reading, until I went here. They are very skilled, knowledgeable and professional, the best massage I have ever had. It's clean and sanitized, so it's safe. Will be going back regularly. Highly recommended.👍

Lately the service has detonated , earlier when Lisa uses to massage she was excellent then came jenny but then folks started leaving just Becos of money or salary , I am pretty sure this business would spring back to normal
