In spite of being overworked, Dr. Frankish has been interested, patient, knowledgeable and informative; Including me in her thinking. She seems current with technology offered, but does not allow it to be intrusive.
It took 3 months to finally get my new patient physical. She never left her stool. Never even looked at me. (And every time she talks she shuts her eyes) If you want to gain someone's trust look them in the eyes, is a very basic rule. The entire visit was just asking medical history questions. Then sent me to to lab work which I did a couple weeks later in their office. They charged me $1300 for basic blood work. I still haven't had a proper physical. I ran out of patience so I'm going elsewhere.
Dr. Frankish has been my doctor for several years. She's always curtious, knowledgeable and well organized. I highly recommend her.
Very smart, kind and a best doctor .
