I won the ugliest kitchen contest in 2011. I didn't receive a shipment of cabinets, etc, for almost two years later. My kitchen is still not finished because I'm still waiting for the additional countertop and cabinets I was promised. It was in November of last year that my contractor contacted the company of the items needed to finish. I'm still waiting. The cabinets are good quality. Customer service is not.
