The gym facilities themselves are great — clean, well-equipped, and enjoyable to use. If this review were based only on the gym experience, I would have given it 5 stars. Unfortunately, canceling a membership is nearly impossible and has been a terrible experience. I mailed in a cancellation letter in June, but when I visited the gym in July, staff said they never received it. I had to pay a late fee in person and was told my membership was finally canceled.
