I am not happy with the service nor bedside manners of Dr. Bilal. She is cold and cares less. She has this do as I say approach and I should’ve let her go months ago. I left a message in MyChart which is a joke. And I could tell she came in upset because I wanted clarification. Under her care I’ve gotten worse not better. During my visit today no exam but she has notes indicating such in MyChart. I will dispute and report. She stormed out the room without furnishing what I requested. Dr Balil is office is always late on refills her office can't keep up Dr Balil is rude and will refuse you service when l needed medical assistance that took to much time
