I went to Dr. Patel as a new patient recently. There is zero communication from his office. I got a positive lab result last week that they sat on for days. Also, they won’t return calls to follow up with a prescription. AVOID.
I've been with Dr Patel for a few years only to realize he never returns calls or checks up on his patients. When he orders any tests, the office sits on them a few weeks before they decide to do anything. Very poor excuse for a Dr office
Waited over 3 months for an a new patient appt for someone to call me 2 days before to cancel and then said it would be another 3 months to get in. Since they canceled on me, they were not willing to get me with another doc. The lady I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude. Expected me to call daily for cancellations. Did not try to accommodate or sympathize.
Absolutely love this doctor He is always friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable ❤️
