Front desk is rude and unprofessional
Receptionist was rude, kept interrupting me and telling me I needed notes from my primary care physician/visit and blood work done before I can see the doctor. This is not a common practice that I am aware of and my situation is quite urgent. I hope the doctors are able to find someone who is a little bit more competent in the role of being the liaison between the patient and The physician
Dr Mehta seems to be a great doctor he cured my husband of help c and really cared. However what was that who answered the phone today is there something wrong with her is she trying to make the doctor loose good patients by annoying them so much that they will not want to come back. If I could give 0 I would. Had an appointment set by "office manager" 3 weeks ago for a few days from now. After going to ER and being referred here for serious issues. She calls today to tell me that I can't come in until I see my PCP. Which would take months but that's not her problem she says. And also was very rude and short with me. Had no concern for patient.
He is one of the best physicians I have encountered both as patient and colleague. He is very thorough and compassionate. He cares about his patients.
