I was seen by Treacy Williams for about two years. Things started off ok. Other than the front desk telling me I couldn’t be seen because I had a balance on my account that I hadn’t even received an invoice in the mail for yet.. Everyone at West County Psychiatric Care is wonderful! The ladies at the front desk always greet me and get me checked in quickly. Dr. Seraji has been on time for every one of my appointments, and listens thoughtfully and presents all possible solutions with pros and cons. I truly believe we're working together to make me better; she isn't just prescribing whatever so she can check a box. Everyone working at the front desk are friendly and helpful. Dr. Seraji is also the best! I always feel like my concerns are taken seriously and am treated with kindness and respect. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a psychiatrist.
