Clinic to avoid in the buding - I think Dr Movissaghi is a good doctor but the office and its staff, i wouldn't even give them one star. I took my husband to the office for check up. Late by 10 mins but waited for one hour with almost 8 people waiting in a small room. Front office personnel flatly refuse to explain how long the wait would be and instead faults us for being late, hence the wait with no given time. I had a really uncomfortable experience at this doctor’s office. I arrived on time for my appointment and still ended up waiting 55 minutes, which was already frustrating. The lobby was completely full, and the front desk staff were on TikTok Live talking about random influencers instead of helping patients, which felt really unprofessional while everyone was waiting. I am post-op day 3 from Prostate Aqua Ablation by Dr. Movassaghi. I am amazed at the doc's professionalism, great bedside manner, and attention to me. He made me feel comfortable with the procedure and greeted me at the hospital before the procedure and again visited me in my hospital room post-op. His care is 100%, and I am already feeling pretty good. Being that I am a doctor, I can tell you that Mehran is the cream of the crop in medicine. Be confident with him!!!!
