Jason Xue is extremely professional. We did a deal together and he’s definitely a leading example of what an agent should be. Very organized and easy to communicate with even while he was on vacation! He put his clients first and was a pleasure to work with. I hope to do more deals together
I was looking for a place and my friend, who had a terrible experience told me about this place. The agent was unprofessional, dismissive, and careless—especially when asked to correct serious errors in the contract. It felt like they treated her differently based on who she was. Don’t be fooled by the glowing reviews—some people clearly get better service than others. Others should be warned like how I was. Don’t waste your time and money here.
Incompetent and unprofessional. The agent refused to correct the wrong contract and never once apologized for his mistake. He also always left me on a cliffhanger about the process and spoke very condescendingly.
We had an amazing experience with Vivian Yeung! We were looking for a rental home with specific requirements, and she went above and beyond to find the perfect place for us. She was always available to show us around at any time and worked quickly and efficiently to meet our needs. We truly appreciate her dedication and professionalism. Highly recommend her as an agent!
