Several years ago Ryan did a fantastic job converting our 3-car garage to a 2-car garage, with bedroom. This saved us from having to buy a new home for our expanding family. At his suggestion, he completed the renovation in such a way that it, in no way, looked like a garage conversion. Now, with the additional square footage, and home values rising, we are secure in knowing this was money well-spent.
