I used them before and had a good experience but today changed all that. May 1, had a 12:45 pm pickup. Brooklyn to 54 st Manhattan. Booked weeks in advance. Thursday was told I'm confirmed and 48 hrs prior I'll get car and driver info...never happened, kept texting and calling, no response. 12:45, still no contact from them, I had to call uber. Superb booking experience and excellent customer service! I had to book a trip to NH from NJ this fall. It made more sense to drive there instead of a flight, given covid. The updates and the communications were thoughtful. The car service also shared their explicit covid cleaning protocol which I appreciated. My driver, Mandip was kind, on -time, and quiet.
