I do not usually post reviews, but in this case I needed to share how amazing this office is. Dr. Kumar is the best doctor I have been to in a very long time. He is professional, thorough, and just amazing at his job. He listens and goes the xtra mile to treat you with the care you need. The staff is awesome, and great at communicating and getting right back to you. Clean, professional, and thorough, all the things I want for my medical needs. Thank you!

I have no complaints about Dr. Mahender Kumar himself — he has treated my parents for several years and has always provided good care. However, his office staff, especially the manager, are extremely rude and unprofessional. When my parents were denied a prescription refill (likely because it had been some time since their last visit), I called to schedule an appointment and politely requested a temporary refill in the meantime — something most offices accommodate as a courtesy. After working with this doctor for over 3 years, and finding him to be what I thought was a very good doctor, I was suddenly abandoned from this office for no reason. When I called to ask why the office staff were very rude and even hung up on me. They had only said I was not compliant with their program. But if they would have given me some warning I could have made sure I was compliant going forward. I was never aware there was some kind of a program to be compliant with.
