I have no complaints about Dr. Mahender Kumar himself — he has treated my parents for several years and has always provided good care. However, his office staff, especially the manager, are extremely rude and unprofessional. After working with this doctor for over 3 years, and finding him to be what I thought was a very good doctor, I was suddenly abandoned from this office for no reason. When I called to ask why the office staff were very rude and even hung up on me. They had only said I was not compliant with their program. But if they would have given me some warning I could have made sure I was compliant going forward. I was never aware there was some kind of a program to be compliant with.
