Although Claire did win my open and shut case it cost me $3500 for not much work and she is horrible in the customer service area. Wrote her 3 email recently about another matter and never heard back. I’m done with her and her firm. GT

I would not recommend Clair Mehaffey to anyone. I hired her to get full custody of my daughter because she was being sexually molested by the her maternal uncle. When my wife and I sat down with Claire and explained the situation, she said that this was going to be an open and close case and she could get a temporary custody order signed as soon as she got her retainer fee of $3500.00. Warning: do not use Claire Mehaffey. We hired her in a pinch and were very disappointed. She gave our case little to no attention and lost the case and the appeal due to her lack of attention to the case. After the hearings she would quickly leave us standing in the courthouse without debriefing or answering any questions to the next step. We had unreturned phone calls and a missed appointment (we actually showed up to her office and were told she was not in).
