Attorney Megna has represented us twice and each time a refund from the auto maker was obtained. I enjoyed working with his firm and would highly recommend them. Very knowledgeable and professional.
The one woman Susan was very rude and kept interrupting while I was trying to explain my situation. I did not call back due to the rudeness on the phone.
My vehicle put me into a situation that wasn't safe and potentially costly. After trying to work with two local dealerships and the manufacturer directly I realized I wasn't going to get a suitable fix. Susan and Vince helped me navigate my next steps. I believe their reputation within the industry along with their ability to work with all parties involved is what really helped to make me whole again. They took a bad situation and simply made it right.
Gm was going after part manufacturers for defective parts but refused to issue a recall and was impossible to get the car fixed. Vince and his team filed and got a Settlement before the court date. Dealership tried a fast one by calling me directly and Vince helped me over the phone ( he was out of town) with what paperwork i needed to sign (less than 1/2 of the paperwork they had at the dealership).
Susan was a pleasure to work with. She and her team were incredibly competent and professional, and negotiated a better than expected outcome. I couldn't be more pleased. If you are having an issue with an automobile and need an attorney, I strongly recommend them.
