I had an enjoyable experience! Meghan's Closet has been around for many years under a few different owners. I have watched Meghan grow up on their t.v. commercials! I think this is a very nice store with alot to offer in its small space. Some reviews said how pricey this store was, but you have to realize that this is a "boutique". beautiful clothes Meghan's Closet has beautiful clothes, but the business is a bit pricey. Be prepared to pay for it. There are Feltman Bros. among other familiar and cherished brands
Nice Boutique, Great Location This store is very easy to find. It is small but easy to shop and has a great selection of this year's new smocked outfits. I found my daughter's Christmas dress at this store. I was waited on by friendly staff. Seems like the prices have gone up since I was in last, they are more expensive this season than they were last season.
Overpriced and Poor Customer Service I went in this store to pass some time before I drove down to the movie theater. I must have been underdressed in my jeans and t shirt because I was completely ignored as a customer. I even asked for help with sizes and was pointed to a few racks of clothing. I did end up with a purchase of a baby toy-but no thank you for a gift that I probably could have bought much cheaper at another store. I found their clothing overpriced and the service definitely left me wanting to leave the store.
nice things, but service leaves something to be desired This store has some nice very upscale brands, but they sell the same brands at the refinery on sherwood for much less. I think they have been around forever, and I've gone in a lot, but I have only bought a few items. I'm not sure what the other reviewers were talking about - I've never been treated badly there.
Owner Makes You Feel Like Family Meghans Closet is one of Baton Rouge's best kept secrets. Best Children's Boutique in BR! It's been about 2 years since I shopped at Meghan's Closet. Things have really changed! They have new owners and remodeled the shop. Everything is SO cute. They don't sell used clothes - never have and I've shopped there for almost 30 years. Great selection & competitive prices - the friendliest staff! I felt at home - and they really helped me.
